Bed & Breakfast Magna Grecia

Thank you for choosing to book at b & b Magna Grecia. We look forward to welcoming you to our family home. By making this reservation you are stupefying an agreement with us. Please read our booking terms and conditions below.


The price includes accommodation and Italian breakfast buffet, with “Self Service” service. For other types of breakfast (by prior arrangement) a small supplement is required. Vegetarians, Celiacs or Vegans are welcome but we must know your needs before arrival.

Confirmation and reservation deposit

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking during peak season by bank transfer, credit or debit card. Full payment is required upon arrival. All reservations via e-mail are confirmed by e-mail.

Cancellation of reservation

By making the booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions. Should you change your travel arrangements you should inform us as soon as possible to allow us to re-assign the room (s). Notice of cancellation of booking: on condition that we have at least 15 days notice of cancellation no payment will be due. However, if you fail to notify it after this period, payment for the full amount will be due. If you need to cancel your reservation due to adverse weather conditions or exceptional family circumstances, we are happy to transfer your booking to another date, if possible, should this be acceptable.


Payment must be made on arrival by cash, credit or debit card or bank transfer. All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. The security of payment by credit card is guaranteed by VBV (Verified by VISA) and SCM (Security Code Mastercard) certification. The following circuits are accepted: VISA, VPay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, ApplePay, AndroidPay and Contactless Cards. All transactions are accompanied by the relevant tax receipt in accordance with applicable laws.

Not available accommodation

We will cancel your stay only if your accommodation is not available for reasons beyond our control. However, we would like to try to find an alternative accommodation, if we were not able to find an adequate arrangement, our responsibility will not extend beyond this point.[/


Sorry, we do not allow pets inside the house, however we have boxes outside to leave your pet when you are in the facility.

Acceptance of Children

We welcome children. We are able to offer a cot with sheets for children and by prior arrangement and free of charge. Outside the structure children must always be accompanied by parents or guardians.


Your accommodation will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive before the agreed time, as we will be busy preparing your rooms. However, you can leave your luggage, pay for your stay and collect your room keys in advance, subject to agreement. It is very appreciated if you let us know your expected time of arrival (a phone call, a message or email before arrival).

Delayed Arrival Procedure

Please be sure to contact us to let us know if you will arrive after 11pm, and inform us of your new scheduled arrival time. We do not normally accept guests after 24:00 (by prior arrangement).

Holiday in the room

We respectfully remind guests that the Bed & Breakfast Magna Grecia offers Bed and Breakfast and it is NOT a hotel.


Eating takeaway food in the rooms is not allowed as they can leave odors and can cause stains if the food comes in contact with sheets or carpets etc. We accept that the sandwiches and drinks can be consumed in the rooms, but care must be taken to avoid leakage etc. Guests are not required to stay in the room all day.


In accordance with Italian law, a non-smoking policy is in force at the b & b Magna Grecia. Smoking in the garden, in the balconies or terraces is acceptable. There is a fire alarm system in operation and if this is put into operation by guests who smoke anywhere in the house, you will be asked to leave the premises and lose the money paid, this is not negotiable.

Damage and Ruptures

Please be careful when you stay at our house. The guest is responsible for any breakages or damage caused to the structure or rooms. We ask that you report any incident when they occur. Normally we do not charge minor breakages, but we could charge you for a repair or compensation if the damage or breakage is significant.


We assume no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your group or any vehicle or property, unless it is proven to have been caused by a negligent act on our part.
